Ordering and Shipping

We provide free shipping for all orders in the UK.

Europe and the rest of the word - we charge a delivery fee, these fees will be stated when you carry out your order online.

 

Returns

You can return your item to GoldGlitz London within 14 days of the delivery date.  

After the 14 days have passed then we will not able to offer a refund or exchange on your item.

Specific Custom made items are exempt from being returned.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your item, we will confirm with you by email whether your refund has been approved.

What happens if I wish to change my order?

You can contact us by email within 12 hours of submitting your order.  

Please include your order number and full name in your email.

 

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, once you have submitted your online order then you have 12 hours to notify us of any cancellation.

If we have shipped your order and you decide that you would like to cancel the order, we would request that you simply send the item back to us and kindly pay the required shipping fee.

 

When will I receive my order?

All delivery times for any orders from GoldGlitz London are stated on the description section of the item on our SHOP page.

 

I have added incorrect delivery details, what can I do?

If your item hasn't been shipped then you will need to contact us immediately either via chat or email.

If we have shipped your order then it is your duty to contact the relevant courier service immediately.

Can I track my order?

Yes, once your order has been despatched we will send you an email with your tracking details and a link to the courier's website so you can track your order online.

PROMO CODES

Occasionally GoldGlitz London offers discounts and promotions through our PROMO CODES.

Watch out for any PROMO CODES that appear on our Mailing lists, to our Members and our social media platforms.  Enter the PROMO CODE onto the SHOPPING CART page to receive your discount.

Products

Products may vary from their website images.

We have made every effort to display our images accurately, but due to the nature of our work whereby each piece is handmade, there may be slight variations to the product which you receive. For example with our Handmade Jewellery range; length of chains, size of crystals used on certain products etc

We will always do our best to commit to create the desired product that you have purchased on our website.

 

How do I take care of my gold plated product?

We would advise you to simply use a soft cloth to clean any dust or fingerprints from your item.

Do not use any abrasive chemicals or cleaning products as this will permanently damage your item.

 

Where are your products made?

All of our product range are made and customised in the UK.

Our Edible Gold range is produced in Germany.

Customisation

I would like a specific design or colour on my item, can you do this?

Yes, in most cases we can.  We would kindly request that you send an email and submit your requirements to us and we will discuss this further with you.

 

Is there an extra charge for my own design requirements?

We would need to discuss your overall requirements first before we confirm if any extra costs are required.  

For example; we only keep specific styles of SWAROVSKI crystals and if you required a unique style of crystal on your item then we would need to order this.  

The cost of this unique crystal would be factored into your total purchase cost of the customised product.

 

I have my own item that needs to be customised, can you do this?

Yes, this can be achieved, we would need to see your item and look at your requirements.

Billing and Payments

We accept the following payment methods; Paypal, Debit/Credit card

 

Duties and Taxes

All duties and taxes are paid by the customer.  The amount varies according to the country destination and their laws.  

Orders in the EU are exempt from any duties and taxes.
