DELIVERY & RETURNS

Delivery

Due to the nature of our customisation work, delivery times can vary , therefore all delivery times for any orders from GoldGlitz London are stated on the description of the product on our SHOP page.

 

If for any reason there is any change in the delivery time of your item, we will then confirm by email.

 

Tracking details

Once your item has been despatched we will email you your tracking details and the relevant web address of the courier that is handling your item so this will enable you to track your item.

 

Courier Services used by GoldGlitz London

We use Royal Mail, Parcel Force and for all European and Worldwide destinations, we use Royal Mail and FedEx.

Returns

You can return your item to us within 14 days of the delivery date.

After the 14 days have passed, we will no longer be able to offer a refund or exchange on your item.

All returned items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, along with the original packaging.

You are required to pay the relevant shipping fee when returning an item back to us.

Once we have received your item and we are satisfied with the condition of the item, we will then reimburse your relevant shipping fee.

We guarantee that before any custom made items are shipped to our clients we carry out strict quality control procedures to ensure that you receive your order in the quality that you expect.

Refunds

You will need to return your item to us within 14 days to be eligible for a full refund.  

All returned items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, along with the original packaging.

Once we have received and inspected your item, we will confirm with you by email whether your refund has been approved.

You are are required to pay the relevant shipping fee when returning an item back to us.

If we approve your refund then we will process your repayment plus the shipping fee within 14 days of approval by email.

Exchanges

You will need to return your item to us within 14 days if you wish to exchange your item for another item.  If you wish to exchange a purchased item for another item than you will need to return the purchased item unused and in the same condition that you received it, along with its original packaging.

You are responsible for paying the relevant shipping cost for exchanging an item.

Unique custom made items

Once purchased you cannot return, exchange or obtain a refund on any item that has been specifically custom made.

In the unlikely event of an issue occurring with your item then please contact us and we will look at the relevant issue in detail and discuss further with you.

Worldwide shipping

We ship worldwide to a range of destinations and therefore in some cases the shipping fees can vary depending on various factors attributed to your order.  On standard purchases the shipping fees are listed on the order form and for some unique customised items this figure may vary.  

We will collaborate with our courier company to source the most suitable fees and delivery options for your item.

 

All customs fees and charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.  Customs policies vary from country to country, therefore we would always advise that you contact your local customs office to enquire about necessary customs fees.

 

It is your responsibility to comply with all laws and regulations of the country where you have received the goods.
